These draft terms describe the rules for using ProgramSlate. They are placeholders until reviewed by counsel.
Accounts
- You need an account to use ProgramSlate, except for share links. Keep your password private.
- Accounts are for adults: coaches, staff and parents or guardians. Players should not create accounts.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Information about players
- Coaches and staff may enter only the player and guardian information they need to run the team, and only where their school, club or the family has allowed it.
- Use guardian contacts only for team business. Do not export or share rosters outside the team's staff.
- Remove players and staff who leave the team.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate, sexual content, or content that endangers anyone, especially minors.
- Do not try to access teams, organizations or data you have not been invited to.
- Do not upload files you do not have the right to share.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You allow ProgramSlate to store and show it to the people on your team so the service works. See the privacy notice for how data is handled.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from My Account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
