For schools & clubs
Your coaches run their teams here. Now see the whole program.
The Organization plan gives every team in your school, club or recreation department the full coaching toolset, and gives athletic directors one view of every schedule, roster and staff.
See the whole program in 60 seconds
One program from three points of view: the athletic director, a head coach and a parent.

ProgramSlate connects your athletic director, your coaches, and your families in one app.
Athletic directors see the whole school at a glance: every team, every athlete, and today's schedule.
Results roll up from every team automatically, and announcements go out with read receipts.
Coaches plan every practice minute by minute, so the whole staff is on the same page, manage the roster and depth chart, and turn every game into season stats and a recap the whole team can see.
And parents get one login for every kid and every team, across every season.
Schedules, team messages, and volunteer sign-ups are all in one place.
ProgramSlate. Let's set up a pilot for your program.
For the athletic director
Every team at a glance
Every team, coach, roster and today's practices and games across the program, without asking anyone for a spreadsheet.
One master calendar
Every team's schedule together, filtered by program, team or event type.
Season setup
Build a season's teams in one pass and carry returning athletes forward with their grade moved up.
Announcements
Reach the whole organization, one program or one team, and see who has read it.
Program-wide stats and attendance
Results roll up from every team that tracks its games.
Step in and coach
Directors can join any team's staff in a tap and use the same coaching screens.
Recreation departments can also run leagues and divisions with their teams.
How the upgrade works
Your coaches keep everything
Teams your coaches already run move under your organization with their plans, rosters and history.
Every team gets every Coach tool
Game plans, depth charts, season analytics and strength programs for every team you license.
No sponsor cards
Nobody in your organization sees them.
Families never pay
Parents and guardians join free, on any team.
Pay by invoice. Organizations in this season's pilot get the plan free. See plans.
Access built for kids' information
Something you can forward to your IT office or district.
- Role-based access. Directors see the teams they oversee, coaches their own team, and families what concerns their athlete.
- Two-step sign-in for administrators. Director tools require it.
- Guardian-owned accounts. Parents and guardians hold the account; athletes are linked to them.
- Export and deletion. Anyone can download their data or delete their account from the app.
