Who is ProgramSlate for?
School athletic departments and youth clubs that run several teams, and the coaches and families on those teams. A single coach can also start with just their own team.
How do I get started?
Create an account, then either set up your school or club or start a single team. You can invite your staff and families once the team exists.
How do coaches and families join a team?
The coach or director sends an invitation link or a short team code. Families sign in, and their athletes are linked to their account.
Do I need to download an app?
No. ProgramSlate runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
Which sports does it support?
Football, basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball and many more, plus an "Other" option for anything else. See the full list on the Features page.
Who can see my child's information?
Access is based on role. Coaches see their own team, directors see the teams they oversee, and families see what concerns their athlete. The privacy notice explains what is stored and who can see it.
Can I download or delete my data?
Yes. From your account page you can download a copy of your data or delete your account.
